Q: Are HOORU’s products made with additives that seem okay, but are actually toxic?

A: Not at all. HOORU is dedicated to safety and wellness! Our products contain no fragrances, toxic chemicals and are Phthalates, Chlorine, Lead, Latex and BPA Free. We’re on a dedicated mission to enrich health, protect the planet, and support moms with wholesome alternatives

Q: Is it safe for newborns or sensitive skin too?

A: Yes, it is recommended to use on newborns or those with sensitive skin, not only does it have a silk-soft texture but also it is made of hypoallergenic and antibacterial ingredients.

Q: Is the Hooru wipes alcohol-free too?

A: Yes, Hooru wet wipes are alcohol-free. Moreover, the wipes are free from parabens, phenol, fragrances, and dyes.

Q: Does Bamboo help with diaper odor?

A: Yes, although our products are fragrance-free, the bamboo is a natural deodorizer.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: We regret to inform you that once your order has been placed you cannot cancel.

Q: Can I return my order?

A: If they is an issue with your order please reach out to our support team; support@hooru.com. Returns are only processed in discretion depending on the issue at hand. 

Q: Can I exchange my product?

A: If the order has not yet been shipped out, please reach out to support@hooru.com for an exchange. Unfortunately once the order is shipped exchanges are not allowed.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your order has been shipped out you will receive your tracking number and you can track your order from there.

Q: What happens if I got the wrong order?

A: In the rare occasion that this happens, Please emailsupport@hooru.com so we can further assist you

Q: WHAT IF I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS?

Please emailsupport@hooru.com.coif you gave the wrong address as soon as possible, If your order has not yet shipped out, we will be happy to help you. If your order is shipped before your address has been updated, it is your responsibility (as the customer) to contact the carrier to amend your shipping address and/or reroute the order package if necessary.
